Here’s How It Works: We will provide your local voicemail number, or we can port your existing number in from another carrier. All voicemails left at your number will automatically be emailed to you as a WAV sound file, and will also be held on our system for call-in retrieval for 10 days. Once you have your voicemail as an emailed file, it can be stored on disk, forwarded or just deleted. There is no limit to the voicemails you receive and no per-message or other additional charges. Toll free SmartMail VOICE numbers are also available separately.

SmartMail VOICE PLUS This service comes with all of the features of SmartMail Voice, and also these exciting additions:		This service comes with all of the features of SmartMail VOICE, and also these exciting additions: Immediate Message Notification - When a caller leaves you a voicemail, SmartMail VOICE Plus will call you on a pre-determined number (such as a mobile phone) and let you know. You can even listen to your message on the same call! When listening to a message, you can simply press 5 to return the call. You can also set the start and end times that this feature operates each day, to avoid being interrupted at inconvenient times. Follow-Me-Find-Me - When a caller tries to reach you, rather than just being sent to your voicemail box SmartMail VOICE Plus can place the caller on hold and attempt to locate you to transfer the call to you live. The system will try up to four pre-programmed numbers attempting to reach you, and then will roll to voicemail if you are not reachable. The caller will hear music during this process. When we call the four numbers to locate you, you’ll know who’s calling before you decide to accept or decline the call. You can define the hours that this feature operates each day, to avoid being interrupted at inconvenient times.
